Service Description

IMPORTANT: Please be sure you meet the DOH Income Guidelines for OWNED cats (found on our website.) If the cat you need neutered is truly UNOWNED, the Income Guidelines do not apply. Our director will contact you via text (or landline if you do not have a cellphone) to go over complete details approximately 1 week prior to the appointment. Please be sure to watch for a text/call from 360-623-0820. Note: "Course/Session" is intended to refer to "Surgery Day/Drop Off"; the time is not only 7:15am, but starts at 7:15am and ends at approximately 8:00am. Our scheduler will discuss this with you in more detail prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your neuter appointment(s), we require 48 hours notice via text to 360-623-0820. This allows us enough time to re-fill the spot(s). If the 48 hours notice is not given, the deposit is non-refundable.
